§ 4-2. Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter shall be to establish departments, boards, commissions, authorities and committees; allocate the Township's functions, powers and duties among and within the departments; establish official relationships; and prescribe standards and procedures for the conduct of the public business, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:69A-1 et seq. and any and all statutory provisions of the State of New Jersey applicable to the Township.
