§ 4-43. Division of Senior and Social Services.

There shall be a Division of Senior and Social Services headed by a Manager of Senior and Social Services. The Manager of Senior and Social Services shall perform such duties as, but not limited to the following:

A.
Administering programs for senior citizens residing in the Township, including social services, health, education and recreational activities.

B.
Administering maintenance and repair functions of the senior center facilities, including building and equipment.

C.
Administering social services, counseling, assessment and other support services to the residents of the Township.

Editor's Note: Former Subsections D and E, both regarding the administration of the general assistance program, which immediately followed, were repealed 2-7-2011 by Ord. No. 2011-03.
