§ 4-26. Swimming Pool Utility., Article V. Budget and Expenditures, Chapter 4. Administration of Government, Part I. Administrative Legislation, Code of Ordinances, West Windsor

Utility established. There is hereby established a separate utility in the Township to be known as the "West Windsor Swimming Pool Utility" (the "Pool Utility").

Pool Utility Fund. All revenue and accounting from the Pool Utility shall be on a dedicated utility basis in conformance with the provisions of the Local Budget Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:4-1 et seq. All moneys derived from the operation of the Pool Utility and any other moneys applicable to its support shall be segregated and kept in a separate fund, which shall be known as the "Swimming Pool Utility Fund," and all disbursements for the operation and maintenance of the Pool Utility shall be taken from the Pool Utility Fund.

Pool Utility budget. The Pool Utility budget shall set forth the appropriations in the form and detail prescribed by regulations to be adopted by the Township and shall include categories for operations, interest and debt retirement and deferred charges and statutory expenditures.
