No person shall permit a dog in his/her possession
to run at large within any park or recreation land in West Windsor
Township except in property designated "dog parks" located within
West Windsor Community Park. A dog must be in the custody or in the
control of its owner and, except in the aforementioned "dog parks,"
restricted by a leash not exceeding 15 feet in length. The owner of
a dog must adhere to the Township ordinances regarding the proper
cleanup of waste from his/her dog while at a park or recreation land.
At any program, activity or event sponsored by West Windsor Township,
dogs are not permitted, with the exception of a Seeing Eye dog or
a hearing ear dog.
