§ 36-11. Meeting for the illegal sale, use or possession of alcoholic beverages or controlled substances.

No person shall meet, assemble or congregate with any other person or persons with the purpose or intent of engaging in the illegal sale, illegal use or illegal possession of alcoholic beverages or controlled dangerous substances.
