§ 51-8. Violations and penalties.

A.
Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, Penalty, § 1-3.

B.
The imposition and collection of the penalty imposed by Subsection A of this section shall not bar the right of the township to collect the costs described in § 51-7.
