In addition to conforming to the EIS standards, as set forth herein, the site plan shall be designed in accordance with applicable Township ordinances designed to protect the environment. These include, but are not limited to, Chapter 143, Soil Removal; Part 6, Flood Damage and Prevention, of this chapter; and Chapter 170, Trees.
