§ 63-3. Fire limits; biannual report required.

A.
Fire limits are not established pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:23 because no areas within the Township require such limits.

B.
The Construction Official shall prepare and submit to the Mayor, who shall forthwith submit to the Township Council biannually a report reevaluating the need for fire limits. This report shall indicate the recommendations of the Construction Official, the Building Subcode Official and the Fire Subcode Official regarding those areas which should be designated as within fire limits, with the reasons therefor.
