§ 63-4. Electronic submission of documents.

A. 

The following documents shall be submitted electronically and by hard copy, except that such documents are not required for homeowners renovating existing areas either within or attached to the preexisting structure:

(1) 

Such project specifications as the Construction Official requires at the time of application for building permits.

(2) 

Such testing reports as the Construction Official requires at the time of application for certificates of occupancy.

(3) 

Such as-builts for residential and nonresidential space as the Construction Official requires at the time of applications for certificates of occupancy.

B. 

All electronic submissions shall be formatted using AutoCAD for plans and, for text, using either MS Word or Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF).
